2001 Toyota Tundra Tail Lights Not Working

When the fuse is blown it does not allow the circuit to complete.

2001 toyota tundra tail lights not working. The tail lamps function correctly. High Beam and Flash positions work correctly. One of the coils on one of the brake light bulbs looks broken but that means one light wont work not both lights.

Any help is welcome. If theres power at the panel and none at the lights then follow the wire harness from back to front looking for visible damage. If you have a volt meter see if you have 12V to each pins when the appropriate tail or brake light is energized.

Before all that take a tiny screwdriver or something to scratch with and shine up the solder bumps in the bulb housing make sure that connection is good to the bulb. Just have to order a new harness for 30 easy fix. I tried to turn the dial to the left of the steering wheel which dimsbrightens the dash panel but that did not help.
