2000 Toyota Tundra Rear End Noise

I have a 2012 57 4x4 rock warrior package truck.

2000 toyota tundra rear end noise. With 328900 miles on all original engine and drivetrain The rear differential has started to display fatal problems and needs replacement. I heard a light grinding noise coming from the rear of the truck. Replaced warped rotors about 3 months ago.
