Toyota Tundra 4 Wheel Drive Light Flashing

Toyota tundra 4 wheel drive light flashing. There are two solenoids involved. The 4hi just sits there and flashes. The 4x4 hi light is flashing and the truck wont shift the transfer case.

In a similar vein as the 4Runner we repaired recently that had a failed transfer case actuator. The light on the 4WD button and the 4WDH indicator below the speedometer were flashing. 4 HI does work.

I have a 2008 tundra with 30k i have today gottrn the VSC and flashing 4 lo the skid light and a check engine light.

It acts like it wants to start but dont. I disconnected the battery and waited 30 seconds but that didnt help still flashing. One on the transfer case and one on the front axle.
