The radio controls do work. If you turn the steering wheel to the left or right and pushing the horn it will work. If I push the telescoping steering wheel all the way in and turn the wheel to the left 90 degrees I can honk the horn before I pull the lever up to lock the wheel.

Took the horns out and tested it manually by connecting it to the postive terminal and ground of the vehicle. Checked the fuse insde the fuse box by the right side engine bay and it is ok. It can be quite annoying when your horn stops working.
