Went to my local Toyota.

2001 toyota tundra skid plate bolts. But yeah 2 in the back 2 to bolt the 2 pieces together 2 in the middle the recessed ones and then 3 at the bumper. Its about equivelent to 916s inches long. It could have been a five star if the bolts provided were exact fit you could tell somebody just grabbed from the container of saved bolts and minor rust on the edge I know its used other wise the skid plate really served its purpose in replacing my original rusted skid plate.
