2000 Toyota Tundra Starter Location

2000 toyota tundra starter location. My Starter motor clicks like the battery is low solinoid clicks then. My problem is that I have no idea how to properly torque the 14mm bolts holding the starter to the back of the engine. From what Im told the starter has a heat shield around it then the exhaust header wraps around that and both have to come off to get the starter out.

It went to the dealer and was covered by the used warranty thankfully. I know this because I am currently having fun with an 07 57L starter. Ive got a 2000 Toyota Tundra with the 2UZ-FE engine.
