2000 Toyota Tundra Gauges Not Working

2000 toyota tundra gauges not working. There are no speed pulses coming out of the VSC ECU connector V18-pin16 to the Combination Meter dash panel. I have a 2015 Crewmax Limited 4x4 that Ive owned for about 24 hours now. What are common reasons my Toyota Tundra has a speedometer that doesnt work.
