2000 Toyota Tundra Battery Light On But Alternator Is Charging

The battery stores enough voltage to be able to start the engine without the assistance of an alternator.

2000 toyota tundra battery light on but alternator is charging. The battery is fine it has no trouble starting or holding a charge. At this point my best guess is a battery cable but Im really at a loss. If its the same with the truck off and running then the alternator isnt putting out anything would be my logic.
